We have collected far more money then the previous years and the communication between your staff and mine has been the key. I think the report you send to our corporate office has helped us keep track of the managers that are not doing what they are required to receive your services. I love this report. It lists the names of the properties and all I have to do is e-mail them your report and pronto they get the info to you. I thought for years the break down between collection companies and properties was the collection company's fault, but I realize now a great thought out plan like you offer helps us train our staff to be better and get to GREAT revenues.
