Maxus properties have used ProCollect since 1996 for its apartment collections. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Billings are prompt and collections are always excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in an outside agency. PCI requires little paperwork and get the job done with having to ask any questions. We appreciate all their efforts.
