 I wanted to take a minute to send this letter to you and personally thank you for the excellent service Monticello Asset has received since we signed up with your company. We have collected far more money then the previous years and the communication between your staff and mine has been the key. I think the report you send to our corporate office has helped us keep track of the managers that are not doing what they are required to receive your services. I love this report. It lists the names of the properties and all I have to do is e-mail them your report and pronto they get the info to you. I thought for years the break down between collection companies and properties was the collection company's fault, but I realize now a great thought out plan like you offer helps us train our staff to be better and get to GREAT revenues. Thanks for all your dedication to this industry and thanks for helping us collect so much money truly owed to us. Please do not feel you have to respond to this letter. Placing AccountsFor the benefit of our clients, we employ a variety of solutions for placing accounts with our company. Our flexibility ranges from the format the accounts are placed, to the method of delivery the accounts are transferred. Digital SubmittalAs a result of our onsite IT Department, we are able to accept a variety of formats for upload into our system. Some of the following include: ASCII (Flat Text File), CSV (Commas Separated Values) File, Excel, Access, FoxPro (DBF), and DB. Mail SubmittalWe provide postage-paid / pre-addressed at your request. Place the accounts and information requested in one of our envelopes and mail. Please DO NOT mail one resident in one envelope, unless that is all the collections you have for the month. Our envelopes are designed to hold a many accounts. Network Fax ServerIf you prefer to fax your accounts, you can do so with our multi-line network fax server. Fax your accounts to: 888.897.3012. Email SubmittalAccounts can be sent via email by sending them to submit@procollect.com. Again please include all pertinent information. As you know, the more expeditious a collection agency receives its information, the higher their returns. Using one of our placement programs is just one more way of giving our clients better customer service and results. |
